How are my funds handled at OneRoyal?

All monies received from our clients are banked and held in clients' segregated funds accounts and dealt with in accordance to the Rules and Regulations of the jurisdiction they choose to open an account with.

Can I deposit funds in my account via someone else's credit card?

The answer is unfortunately 'no'. Make sure that the funds being deposited are from an account/credit card in the same name as your OneRoyal trading account. We do not accept third party payments; in such cases the funding fees apply.

If my partner and I have a joint account, can we both fund it?

In the case of a joint account, we accept funds from one account/credit card pertaining to one or both of the approved parties on the account.

Are all transfer fees covered by OneRoyal?

Yes, OneRoyal covers all fees on credit & debit cards and eWallets, but our clients will pay a 0.8% deposit fee on crypto. For bank transfers, we cover all deposit fees for all banks plus up to $30 of any intermediary fees on deposits over $500 (following client request by email).

Exceptions on deposit fees:
*PayTrust88 Deposit Fees: OneRoyal covers all deposit fees on deposits over $1,000 (or base currency equivalent).
*Fasapay Deposit Fees: OneRoyal covers all deposit fees on deposits over $1,000 (or base currency equivalent).

Would deposit time ever take longer than stated in OneRoyal's deposit terms?

There may be unforeseen circumstances whereby deposit times may take longer to hit a client's segregated funds account than what is stated under each deposit option.

Do I get charged for currency conversion?

Currency conversion may apply to unavailable currencies.

What are 'unavailable currencies'?

Our payment service providers accept a whole host of currencies, but in some cases, there are currencies they won't accept without charging you a conversion fee. Simply take a look at the Available Currencies column under each payment method to see which currencies are allowed.

Would I ever be charged a transaction fee on deposits OneRoyal supposedly covers?

If a client is deemed to be abusing or inappropriately depositing (e.g. making several deposits without any further trading), OneRoyal then has the right to charge the client any transaction fees incurred with deposits and withdrawals, without providing notice.

Withdrawal FAQs

Can I withdraw funds to someone else's account/credit card?

Funds can only be withdrawn to an account/credit card that is in the same name as your OneRoyal trading account. We do not action third party transfers.

Does OneRoyal cover all transfer fees?

Payments to and from international payment institutions may attract transfer fees, including intermediary bank fees, which are independent of OneRoyal. Any such fees will be the responsibility of the client.

Do I get charged a conversion fee if I want to transfer funds in a different currency?

If you are requesting a transfer to be made in a currency that is different from your trading accounts' base currency, you will then be charged up to 3% conversion fee in addition to any transaction fee.

Do I get charged for domestic and international bank/wire transfers?

Domestic AUD and EUR transfers in Australia and Cyprus respectively, are free. All other international transfers and currencies will attract transfer fees that are charged by the bank.

Do I get charged a processing fee when I withdraw profits?

No, all processing fees are covered by OneRoyal

Can I withdraw profits in whichever method I want?

Any profits you make can be paid via bank wire or in some circumstances, via cheque. If you want to receive your profits via Skrill or Neteller, we can also accommodate you, but you will need to cover any fees.

Can I withdraw funds from my account via credit card?

You can only withdraw the amount you originally deposited via your credit or debit card. When it comes to withdrawing your profits, you can only withdraw them via bank wire or in approved cases, as an AUD or EUR cheque, or via Skrill or Neteller, but charges may apply.

How much do I get charged when withdrawing with my credit card?

You do not get charged any processing fees. All fees are covered by OneRoyal.

How much do I get charged when withdrawing with Skrill or Neteller?

How long would it take for me to withdraw funds via Skrill or Neteller?

Skrill and Neteller impose the following term on all withdrawals: 7 business days must pass from the day you deposit an amount using their service. What this means is that if you deposit an amount on the 1st of January, you won't be able to withdraw it until the 13th of January, as there are weekends in between.
